Our team is committed to creating a welcoming space for all Ruan Mei and Honkai: Star Rail enjoyers. While all work is voluntary, we believe in having fun, being ambitious, and focusing on creativity. If you're interested in joining our staff team, please read the staff position descriptions below and select the application link for your preferred position. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and forms may be closed if the positions are closed at the moment.

Discord Moderators
Discord Moderators are in charge of supervising channels in our Discord server and ensuring that server rules are followed. They enforce server rules and answer modmails in order to maintain a safe environment within the server.

Art Team
The Art Team is in charge of creating assets for our community, ranging from emotes and stickers to community icons and banners. They help our community maintain a visually appealing Ruan Mei theme along with several emotes for members to express themselves.

Event Team
The Event Team is in charge of keeping our Discord server lively and engaged with fun events for members to enjoy. They may host events such as karaoke nights, giveaways, competitions, etc.

Reddit Moderators
Reddit Moderators are in charge of managing and moderating our subreddit, r/RuanMeiMains. They enforce subreddit rules, answer modmails, and make announcements in order to maintain a healthy atmosphere within the subreddit.

Theorycrafting Team
The Theorycrafting Team is in charge of creating guides, infographics, and FAQs concerning Ruan Mei's and Honkai: Star Rail's meta. They make calculations to optimize Ruan Mei's gameplay, proofread the guides on our website, and help those who need assistance with using and building Ruan Mei.

Bot Developer Team
The Bot Developer Team is in charge of managing our multipurpose modmail bot in our Discord server. They can add additional unique functions to it to entertain server members, and they are in charge of troubleshooting the bot when it is down.
